Welcome to [yourstore.com] (“the Site”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.
1. Overview
This website is operated by Ran Kramer, the creator of Lusidore — a limited-edition handmade lamp. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and subscribers.
2. Products
Each Lusidore lamp is crafted by hand in small monthly batches. Slight variations in size, wood grain, or finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece.
What’s included:
- One handcrafted Lusidore lamp
- One raw amethyst crystal (magnetically activated)
- A signed certificate of originality and the lamp’s edition number and month of creation
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise.
I accept payments via PayPal or other major credit card providers through our secure checkout.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time, or to cancel orders in cases of obvious error or misuse.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
International shipping times may vary by location. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country.
5. Returns & Refunds
Each lamp is carefully inspected and tested before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for:
- Items damaged during shipping
- Malfunction due to defect in materials or craftsmanship

We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Natural variations in wood or crystal
- Malfunction due to misuse or incorrect charging
6. Warranty Terms (3-Year Limited Warranty)
Each Lusidore lamp is handmade with care, using durable materials and thoughtfully chosen components. I believe in the longevity of what I make — and I want you to enjoy your lamp for years to come. That’s why every Lusidore comes with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ What’s Covered:
This warranty covers any functional failure of the lamp due to defects in materials or craftsmanship. Specifically:
- If the lamp no longer lights up when the magnetized amethyst stone is placed in its center and it is connected to a working USB-C power source.
- If internal electronic components fail under normal use during the warranty period.
In such cases, I will replace the lamp free of charge (including shipping). The replacement will be made to reflect the original design of your edition — or if unavailable, a comparable version.
🚫 What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, water exposure, fire, or misuse.
- Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches, wood discoloration due to sunlight, minor aging).
- Stone or lamp damage caused by improper storage, tampering, or exposure to abnormal conditions.
- Normal fading of light intensity due to LED aging (over 3+ years, LEDs may soften slightly).
🔧 What to Do If You Need Service:
If your Lusidore stops working, please email me at ran@lusidore.com with:
- A short description of the issue.
- Confirmation that the lamp was used with a USB-C power source.
- A photo or short video (if possible) of the issue.
- Your original order number and shipping address.
I'll get back to you personally and walk you through the replacement process.
⏳ Warranty Period:
- Coverage begins on the date of your original purchase.
- This warranty is valid for 3 years.
- Replacement under warranty does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
🌍 Eligibility:
This warranty applies to all Lusidore purchases made directly through my official website. If you received your lamp second-hand or through an unauthorized reseller, warranty support may not apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photos, text, logo, and product design — is the intellectual property of Ran Kramer, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or website. Use the lamp responsibly and as described.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Tel Aviv or the relevant district.
